Franklin Sparks Obituary

Franklin Dee Sparks age 62, a life long resident of Newhall, WV, who departed this life on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at CAMC Memorial Division in Charleston. He was born in Warriormines and the son of the late Troy Lee Sparks and Birdie Hughes Sparks. He was of the Baptist faith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother Hank, one sister, Josie and his sister-in-law on April 4, 2018, Charlene Sparks. He is survived by two brothers, Luther T. Sparks and Clarence A. Sparks both of Newhall; one uncle, Clarence Hughes Jr. of Caretta and a host of nephews, nieces; other relatives and friends.
