I have often thought about Johnny over the years. It was a joy to have him as a classmate in 1967. Rest John. Will always remember you with love.

John, I cannot believe I will never hear your sweet voice again. You were one of my favorite classmates and we have talked over the years but I never got to see you. You will be truly missed by me. 💔

My condolences to the Thornton family. I meet Jonn in the 7th grade, we clashed on our first day that we meet for no reason at all. Our teacher Mrs.Spencer stopped us made us shake hands and we became friends. I will miss my friend. I used to see him when I came home and we would talk about old times and Vietnam and our benefits at Gary Market over the fruit. God bless you John and your family. You will truly be missed my friend. God has gained a new angel. Peace my brother
