So sorry to hear about Randy's passing - he was always such a dear friend - he never knew a stranger and always a wave or kind word to me . As he visited Bantam market he always waved and said hi - I cherish memories of him forever - all of the family are in my thoughts and prayers - God gained a beautiful soul

To one of my loving Uncles, I had the opportunity being a young girl to be around Uncle Randy. Shared in laughs, smiles, cares, house projects, and the joy he brought his mom. Have not seen him in over 30 + years. It's so good to see this photo of him. It is him, looking well.

Mayor Randy, What a wonderful soul. His personality, laughter, and spirit was contagious. In my humble opinion, he embodiment the meaning of what a great Mayors should do for their small town. My heart is heavy thinking of the loss. Nevertheless, God just needed another angel.
