Mrs. Theresa Yvonne Mitchem age 56, a resident of Berwind, WV, who departed this life on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at Welch Community Hospital, following illness.  She was born July 11, 1961 in Welch, and the daughter of the late Geraldine (Bolen) and Henry Taylor Sr.  After completing her education, she became a homemaker and had worked for several companies.  In addition  to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford E. Mitchem, Jr.  Theresa is survived by her children:  Michael (Sky) Taylor of Landis, NC, Nathan Arms Sr., of Conway, NH, Justin Arms of TN and a stepdaughter, Rebecca (Andy) Woods of Bishop, VA; one grandson, Nathan Arms Jr., her siblings:  Henry (Mary Jo) Taylor of Newhall, Katherine (Jeff) Kistler of Kendallville, IN, Victor Taylor of Berwind and Shirley Irving of Wilmington, NC; a host of uncles and aunts, nieces and nephews; which includes a special nephew, Marshall Kistler of Marion IN.  A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
