Michael L. "Debo" Diggs, 25 of Havaco, who departed this life on Monday, January 1, 2018 at Welch Community Hospital.  He was born July 29, 1992 at Welch Community Hospital and the son of Marlene Diggs Thomas of Welch and the late Thomas "Toodie" Vineyard III., At an early age, he became a member of Havaco Temple Church.  He completed his education at Mount View High School and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.  He was a video artist and producer of "Rap," and had several videos on "You tube."  In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Jacquelyn Vineyard and Thomas "June" Vineyard, also half-sisters, Jasmine and Shenique. He leaves cherished memories to his mother, Marlene and step-dad, Alvin Thomas of Welch, who helped raise him, his maternal grandparents, Joe and Verna Diggs who helped raise him; his sister, Brittany and brother, Jawan Diggs all of Havaco; half-siblings:  Tashaan, Chantel, Khiamani, Daner and step-mom, Kishon Vineyard all of Gary; his nephews and nieces; aunts, uncles and numerous cousins and friends; his brothers "of the heart," DeShawn Headen of the home and Richard Wilson of Bluefield.  Service will be held at 12;00 noon on Friday, January 12, 2018 at Miracle Mt. Carmel Church in Kimball, with Elder Anthony Blair and the Reverends, Kenneth Orr (eulogist) and William Spencer officiating.  Interment will follow in Restlawn Memorial Gardens, Rt.20, Littlesburg Road in Bluewell.  Family and friends will serve as both pallbearers and flower bearers.  Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m., until the time of Service.
