Curtis Reese age 62 a resident of McDowell Nursing & Rehabilitation in Gary, WV, departed this life on Friday, August 28, 2023. He was born November 7, 1960 in Welch, WV and the son of Lee and Theresa (Owens) Reese. Curtis was raised in Shaft Hollow in Caretta, WV and a graduate of Big Creek High School. He was a Veteran of the United States Army. For the past seven years, he had resided in Gary. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Randy Owen. Curtis is survived by his sister, Monequa Reese of Radford, VA and a brother, Ricky Reese of Atlanta, GA; several nephews, nieces and a host of cousins. Arrangements are incomplete at Gregory-Page Funeral Home in Welch, WV.
