Obituary

Daryll Young Rutledge age 72 of Kyle, WV departed this life on Sunday, June 11, 2023 in the Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV following illness. He was born in Powhatan, WV December 18, 1950 and the son of the late Robert and Helen Agnes Rutledge. After high school, Darryl joined the Unites States Army. He honorably served his Country and had lived and worked in several other States before returning home. He was a member and had served as an Usher at Mercy Seat Baptist Church in Kyle. Darryl was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Deborah Rutledge. He is survived by several cousins, which includes; a special cousin, Barbara "Peaches " Hairston of High Point, NC and Kyle. Darryl's wishes are being honored, as he requested no visitation or Service. Arrangements entrusted to Gregory-Page Funeral Home in Welch. .
