Wade, John Wade and Antonetta Thomas; his siblings:  Annie G. Rucker, Betty J. Vernon, Galvester Wade, and William "Buck" Wade.  He was the last surviving member of his original family.  He leaves a lifetime of treasured, cherished memories to his son and caregiver, Leon P. Wade of Maybeury, and daughters, Harnella (Richard) Walton of Richmond, Virginia and Michelle Wade of Miami Gardens, Florida;  six grandchildren:  Renae (Michael) Bonds-Bryant, Vera Bailey-Morris, Crystal (Norman) Stevens, Andrew Wade Gonyon, Tykeya Wade and Larry Nervell; several great-grandchildren and a host of other dear relatives; his Church family and the many, many lives he touched.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, November 11, 2023, at Restlawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel, 6605 New Hope Road in Bluewell, West Virginia, with his granddaughter, Minister Doctor Renae Bonds-Bryant eulogist.  Interment will follow in Restlawn Memorial Gardens, with Burial Rites being conducted by the Mercer County Honor Guard.  Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM at the Mausoleum Chapel.  Services entrusted to Gregory-Page Funeral Home in Welch, West Virginia.
