Jason A. Parr

Jason Anthony Parr age 46 of Bluefield, WV; formerly of Welch, WV who passed away on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 was born in March 27, 1976 in Willington, WV.  He was the son of the late Claudia L. and Eugene Parr.  Jason was a graduate of Mount View High School . In recent years he joined Midway-Shiloh Temple Church in Keystone, WV and enjoyed attending both Sunday School and Church.  Jason took pride in being on time for both Church and work. He was a former employee at KFC in Welch and the Bluefield, VA Walmart Store.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four sisters:  Rosa Span, Eugenia Burroughs, Marilyn "Gaylee" Harris and Lula Mitchell.  He is survived by and leaves cherished memories to his (twin) brother, Marc Parr of Bluefield and two sisters, Corrine Floyd of Charleston, WV and Fannie Edmonds of Fredericksburg, VA; two special nieces, Raisa Harris and Tisha Harris both of Charleston and a host of nephews, nieces and cousins.   Services for Jason A. Parr will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at the Restlawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel 6605 New Hope Road, Bluewell, WV, with the Elder John Hale officiating. Visitation 10:00 a.m.  Interment will follow in Restlawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery.  Family and Friends will serve as both pallbearers and flower bearers.  Services entrusted to Gregory-Page Funeral Home in Welch, WV.
