Linda Siggers Obituary

Linda Gale Siggers, 76, of Williamson, West Virginia departed this life on Sunday, July 5, 2026 at Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, Kentucky.  The daughter of the late Leonard Obey, Sr. and Bertha Mae James was born on July 7, 1949. 

She was a graduate of Burch High School in Delbarton, West Virginia.  She was a faithful member of Christ Temple Church in Williamson, West Virginia having served as Secretary of the church for over forty years.  She was a caseworker with the Department of Health and Human Resources for twenty-three years.  She retired from Coalfield CAP as the Nutrition Supervisor for over twenty years. 

In addition to her husband, Nathaniel Siggers, she was preceded in death by her brother, Leonard Obey, Jr; and two sisters, Arlene Dotson and Queenie Pulk.

She leaves precious memories to her children; Nathaniel (Allison) Siggers, II of Williamson, West Virginia; Melissa Parks of Nashville, Tennessee and Rachel Siggers of Williamson, West Virginia; brother, James Obey of Cleveland, Ohio; 14 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; a special nephew, Jerome (Terri) Obey of Nashville, Tennessee; and a host of nieces, nephews and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 13, 2026 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Christ Temple Church in Williamson, West Virginia.  Services will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 12:00 p.m.  with District Elder Thomas Moore officiating.  Burial will follow in Mountain View Memory Gardens in Maher, West Virginia.  Pallbearers will be Brian Bradford, Ronnie Joplin, II, Juan Joyce, Jimmy Stokes, Jonathan and PJ Wright.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Gregory-Page Funeral Home.
