Phillip R. McCargo Sr.

Phillip Ray McCargo Sr., age 72 of Jacksonville, Florida departed this life on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 in Welch, West Virginia.  He was born in Jacksonville and the son of the late Ray S. and Jerlean P. (French) McCargo.  He was a Veteran having served during the Vietnam Era and a retired Supervisor for the Duval County School Board in Jacksonville.  Phillip leaves a life time of treasured memories to his devoted, loving wife, Janet L. Williams McCargo and family all of Jacksonville.  A Memorial Service was held in Jacksonville at 11:00 AM on Friday, October 27, 2023 with Military Rites performed.  Services entrusted to Gregory-Page Funeral Home in Welch.
