Teresa Roberts-Short

Mrs. Teresa Roberts-Short age 58 of Hensley, WV, who departed this life on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at Welch Community Hospital.  She was born in Welch, WV, September 3, 1963 to the late Luther and Geraldine (DeRosett) Roberts.  After completing her education, she became a homemaker and was of the Pentecostal Faith.  She enjoyed camping, cookouts with her family and spending time with her grand-kids.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by six of her siblings:  William, Margie, Linda, Phil, Tammy and Danny. Teresa leaves cherished memories to her husband, Jerry Short; her children:  Jerry and wife, Angel Short, James and wife, Pam Short, Jerry Ray Short, Haylee Short and Candace and husband, Curtis ODell all of Hensley, Kevin and wife, Dedra Short of Welch, Brian and wife, Tasha Short and Kimberlee Short and fiance', Nick all of Premier, WV; her grand-kids:  Emalee Short and (fiance,' Terry), Ryan Short and  fiancee,' Sam, Cody England and fiancee', Maleighia, Jordan Short, Logan England, Arianna Short, Kalyssa Short, Andrea Short, Arrabella ODell, Colton ODell and Ayden Short; her great-grand-kids, Noah and Titus Horn; her siblings:  Linda Short of Georgia, Hazel and husband, Mickey Kelly of Princeton, WV, Tina and husband, Dallas Roberts of Premier, Melissa Justice of Virginia, David and wife, Pauline  Roberts of Davy, WV and Ronnie and wife, Dora Roberts of Virginia; a host of nephews and nieces whom she loved as her own.  A private family visitation was held at 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, September 18, 2021.  Arrangements entrusted to Gregory-Page Funeral Home in Welch.  A Memorial Service will be held at 5:30 p.m., on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at the Twin Branch Pentecostal Church in Twin Branch, WV with Pastor Melissa Craft officiating.
