Ms. Yolanda "Diane" Collins age 56 of Havaco, WV, was born October 18, 1960 in Welch, and the daughter of the late Estella Collins and John Townsend. After completing her education, she was employed by the Commission on Aging and Mountain Heart Daycare,  She was a faithful member of Havaco Temple Baptist Church, where she served on the Kitchen Committee. She enjoyed visiting her family and friends and watching her favorite day time television shows, "The Young And The Restless" and Steve Harvey.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two of her children, Shelby and Kamal Sr., one brother, Mack Earley; her grandmother, Martha Jeffries and one uncle, Eddie Coats.  On  Saturday, May 20, 2017 Diane departed this life in the comforts of her home.

She leaves cherished memories to her daughters, Latosha (Ricco) Bonds and Latisha Collins and fiance', Jhamel Scott Sr. both of Welch, Mahalie Kidada Collins of the home and Kendra Collins of Roanoke, VA; her siblings:  Carl Collins of Havaco, Ulysses Jeffries of Seattle, WA, Robert Jeffries of the home;John Leak of Welch, Martha Byrd of Detroit, MI, Vanessa Johnson of Northfork, Verna (Joseph Sr.) Diggs of Havaco, Matline Taylor of Columbus, OH and Carmaine Collins and fiancé.', Derrick Richardson of Welch; 12 grandchildren, one great-granddaughter and a host of other relatives and  friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at Havaco Temple Church with the Reverends:  Kenneth Orr, George Masterson and William Spencer officiating.  Interment will follow in Rest lawn Memorial Gardens, on Rt. 20, Littlesburg Road in Bluewell.  Her nephews and nieces will serve as both pallbearers and flower bearers.  Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m., until time of Service.
